Rice BoatRice Boat is a restaurant for coastal cuisine at Vivanta, Taj Malabar. Inspired by the shape of the ‘Kettuvalam’, the famous rice boats that sail the languid backwaters of Kerala, the identity is sinuous and sensual. The color and material palette are earthy and tactile.
